Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed and purposes
- Contact form: name and surname, e-mail, phone, message content — to answer your request and to provide showroom visit / product information. Form messages are also forwarded as a notification e-mail to our company mailbox so that we can reply to you (Google Gmail infrastructure).
- Security and activity records: truncated/hashed form of the IP address, browser information, time of the action — to prevent misuse (spam, automated attacks) and keep the site secure.
- Bot and abuse protection: your IP address, browser and device information and interaction signals on the site — processed by Google LLC through the Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise and Firebase App Check services on each visit, in order to protect the site against automated attacks and spam.
- Preference information: language and sound preference, cookie consent record — stored only on your own device (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Legal grounds
Answering your request: KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest). Security records: Art. 5/2-(f) and Art. 5/2-(ç) (legal obligation). Cookie preferences: explicit consent (Art. 5/1). Bot and abuse protection: Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest).
4. Transfer of data
Data is hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase (Google LLC and its affiliates), from which we receive infrastructure services, in the eur3 (Europe) region. In addition, the abroad-based Cloudinary infrastructure (CDN) is used to deliver optimised images in order to improve the speed and performance of our website. To provide this service without interruption, your current IP address and basic technical browser information may be transferred to Cloudinary servers located abroad during your visit. Furthermore, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise and Firebase App Check (Google LLC) are used for site security, and Cloudflare (cdnjs), jsDelivr, OpenStreetMap and Esri (satellite view of the map on the Contact page) services are used for the software libraries and map images required for the pages to work, and Matterport (USA) is used for the virtual tour on the 360° Tour page once you press “Start the tour”. When these services are accessed, your IP address and basic technical browser information may be transferred to servers located abroad. To the extent that data is transferred abroad, the safeguards under KVKK Art. 9 apply. Apart from legal obligations, your data is not shared with third parties.
5. Retention period
Contact form records are kept for at most 2 years from the conclusion of the request, and security records (IP, system logs, etc.) for 1 year; at the end of the period they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction,
- To request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
7. Application
You may submit your requests in writing, together with information identifying you, to the address above, to our registered e-mail (KEP) address or to zirve@zirvestonegallery.com. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
